Carol Dunn has been active in multiple flood related disaster responses and “Preparing for Flooding” seminars for people likely to be affected by flooding. Previously on staff with the American Red Cross in Seattle in the Emergency Services Division, Dunn is still an active member of their Disaster Services Human Resources. She is an executive Committee member of Partners in Emergency Preparedness Conference, and previously worked in international aid in the former Soviet Union as a management consultant with Ernst & Young London.
